Gilmore guest ride at annual Warren classic

COMMONWEALTH Games gold medallist Rochelle Gilmore, one of Australia's leading female cyclists, will be guest rider for the ninth annual Johnny Warren Jamberoo Classic on Sunday.

Gilmore, who divides her time between homes in Stanwell Tops, Cronulla and northern Italy, is looking forward to a ride which is part of the annual Johnny Warren Festival of Sport, named in honour of the late, great Socceroos captain and iconic football broadcaster, writer and administrator, who was vice-patron of the Sydney Cancer Centre Foundation when he died from cancer in 2004.
